Trunk rack that will work with a spoiler!
Hi! I have a 2004 Honda Accord and I am looking for a trunk rack that will work on my car with a spoiler.... I have attached pictures of what the spoiler looks like and how tall it is. I have done some research and most say the Saris Bones is the way to go, but I'm not sure it will even work with my car and most of the posts I have seen are from years ago. If anyone knows of any good options for a trunk with a spoiler or anything else that could be beneficial for me I'd appreciate any info you have to offer!!

Go forth to shops and see what fits by trying It.
You could probably put 2 legs of a 'Saris Bones' above the spoiler on the trunk lid, and the other 2 on the Back ..

I have 2004 Civic with a Rhodes gear rack I found in the trash. Top legs go under the spoiler, bottom rests on metal. Have carried a pair of heavyish bikes 1100 miles without the slightest issue, and single bikes obviously more easily.

I think the Bones will fit but it will scratch your paint. I bought one, never used it and gave it to a friend. She used it a couple of times, then realized paint had been damaged. I have a couple of friends with Civics who just carry their bikes in the back seat. Should work for an Accord.

My Mustang has a trailer hitch receiver. You hardly notice it unless the bike rack is installed, and there is probably one just like it for your Honda.
A hitch lets you use the GOOD bike carriers, and never worry about scratching the paint.

Thank you all for your input! I can put the bike in my back seat, but I am moving and loading the rest of the stuff inside my car and don't think everything will fit plus the bike... I will look into the hitch option.

The Saris Bones was designed to fit over spoilers, and the two- and three-bike versions adjust to do that. They also make a one-bike version that does not adjust so likely will not span the spoiler.
I suspect the reported scratching was due to dirt under the pads or something like that. I've had no trouble with scratching on my vehicles with the Bones I use. Random pic from the webs below, not my rack or car although this is the rack I use. Good luck!

I used to have this exact rack in the mid 90s to about 2003. Great rack that was easy to use on my Del Sol.
