Ran out of water, crashed hard not six miles in, almost fell into a ravine, had to bale out the last half day... Call me a wet blanket but they are lucky not to have needed an air lift to the hospital.
The article is certainly an inspiration for the sedentary to get up off the sofa and do something stupid.
