Only about a dozen. Lately I've been riding to my local downtown area to hang out with friends on weekends, no long rides. Winter and early darkness sort of sap my will to do longer rides, especially since I don't like to ride at night. I tend to run more this time of year... in fact today, I ran, then rode.

34-spot. wanted to ride another hour and stretch it into closer to 50 miles but the wind picked up and dropped the temps from low-70's
to mid-60's. shiver me timbers. packed up my tent and bounced. those chilly mid-60's after a week of low 70's-mid-80's destroyed me.
not exactly expecting a lot of sympathy here...

No sir, you definitely ain't gettin any here! Saturday's ride at 37° - Sunday's at 41° - Today in the mid 40's I believe. All three days wind gusts up to 20 mph.

Nope... no sympathy here!

15 miles. It was up in the low 50s today so the trails are soggy. My bike and I both turned the glorious color of mud splatter.

6 mile round trip mountain bike jaunt. After 20 years of failed attempts to send the crux of climb, today I was able to finally get over the 24.2% grade hump. I think the commuting to work has helped.

Bravo !
I pretty sure there are not many riders still doing c-notes on vintage steel especially in hilly SoCal.
Pinarello's are great bikes, I love classic Italian steel bikes.

or the santa monicas.

i love the old stuff too. esp from the mid-80's to late 90's.

Actually it was yesterday. I did the mailbox run which is a whopping 2.2 miles there and back. I lead a very restricted life and so bike riding is something I rarely get to do. It did give me a chance to test some bike-o-vations on my 2004 Super Sport. I'd added new tires, platform pedals, cushier grips and a new used saddle which made for an improved ride. The rearview mirror and USB head and tail lights also helped because it was foggy outside. I'm 63 and trying to stay with it whenever I can.

87.5 on a gorgeous day for late January. Windy as all get out, but the last 20 rides or so have been. Getting used to it.
