a little 30-miler after the rain (but not the wind) left town. a circuitous route to a club sando lunch and a slightly more direct route home
if you don't count the brewery tasting room stop and dropping off a 4-pack of lager at the local bike store.

Got in about 30 total. Did 17.7 miles in an hour today, which wasn't too bad given how windy it was. Avg HR = 156. Then came home for a snack and a break, swapped bikes and went back out for a very leisurely 12.58 miles in an hour. Avg HR = 127. Food is in the oven!

49 miles or so, after missing two weekends (sick then rain) finally did my rail trail end to end for the first time this season.
Just looked at old pictures and realized that it was also the exact year anniversary of the first time I did that ride in the 2018 season. Unplanned, only looked like there was going to be one nice day this week so it was the time to ride it.

16.5 miles on my morning commute. Well, the actual distance from home to work is 4.5 miles so I head out of town on some back roads to make it a worthwhile ride.

65k. Kind of a disaster. Computer issues. Flats. Lost the group. I would have been better off just staying home and eating Cheetos.

15 Miles today, 8 miles yesterday. It's been too chilly and windy for me to really enjoy riding lately.

Belated and getting in a birthday ride.
3 months??? Make it an even 60 miles then you have some credit miles.
I did my first 50+ miler since my shoulder surgery in October. I rode my touring bike and averaged right at 16. I rode the Tammany Trace where there are a good number of street crossings where I had to stop. It was a wonderful weather day here. The shoulder held up pretty well. My butt is a bit sore, but overall I am happy. I need to build up some miles before I go to Colorado this year.
The sore BUTT will toughen up once again. I had a straight complete shoulder replacement and was back on the bike in 3 days. Replacement is a whole lot less traumatic than other types of repair surgery.
Can't get away from baking sun here in FL. so ALWAYS something to shield. I rode 141 miles on Tuesday but began the ride at 1:34AM and hit 100 miles as the sun was rising so the rest with low sun angle were not bad. 91.5 miles yesterday and finished before the sun had a chance to rise.

Did a full-length round trip on the Central section of the Maple Highlands Trail, a little over 17 miles according to the map, on the Buick. Nice day, but it was more work than I thought it should be. Spent too much of it in low gears.

32 miles total today. 12 at a brisk pace on one of the road bikes in the morning and 20 at a much more leisurely Zone 2 pace on one of the hybrids in the afternoon. If I ride tomorrow it's all going to be Zone 2 type stuff.

25 miles today on one of the road bikes. Avg. speed = 15.7. Avg HR = 129.
I've already had enough of the human race today so I'm back in my house, the doors are locked, the phone is turned off and chicken nuggets are in the oven. The rest of the day will be time to enjoy my cats and to NOT be around people.

Same ride as in post #1167 , but on the Xebec this time. Two hours start to finish, with several rest breaks and a short stop to adjust my stem, which somehow had gotten out of square with the wheel.

20 miles
We did 20 on the tandem, my wife is just coming back from rotator cuff surgery and is little hesitant to ride her own bike still. The tandem is a lot of work.

Just been able to ride little short 10 to 12 mile rides around the office lately, while out to lunch.
