Test Rode a Raleigh Revenio Carbon

This was a slightly too small model and obviously last year's since the similar bike for this year would be a Raleigh Merit Sport. Anyway, I did like the acceleration, handling, and the ride was smoother than I am used to. I did miss the hand brakes on the straight part of the bar but that's no biggy. Style wise I like the Bianchi Volpe and I think I'll also try the raleigh Willard, Roubaix Sport and maybe an Impulsi. Trick is finding the tall bikes to test ride but there's no rush.

I found a couple of larger Treks to test ride today. A Domane and an Emonda both Aluminum models. I definitely like the build of the EMonda better it was close to the Raleigh. But I do still like the carbon better than the aluminum on these. Time to search a few more stores for a more classic road bike frame in carbon or maybe steel.
