Trek 7200 vs. Specialized Expedition

I took both out on a test ride and really liked the Trek. The Expedition wasn't bad though. For city riding mostly (maybe some long rides on park paths) is the Trek the better choice? Is it worth the extra 40 bucks?

The better choice is the bike you like, the bike that feels more comfortable, the bike that fits better. $40 is nothing compared to these things.
