My only chrome fork.
Not pretty in a feminine way.
Definately understated.

A very worthy steed, and almost immaculate
https://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/bik/5861368841.html

It's a little big, but beautiful
https://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/bik/5864372222.html

I honestly could go on and on with what I think is visually appealing. I recommend browsing CL and typing in different manufacturers. Try:
Raleigh
Peugeot
Bianchi
Schwinn
Centurion

Hop over to the C&V sub, we love pictures over there and it should help you learn some more of the classics and what you like and dislike.

Here is the 1972 Raleigh Supercourse I just restored. If I let you use it in your shoot, may I meet and greet your model?

I also understand why the OP wanted to show off her legs. Am sure that she would be fine in many other outfits. OP, maybe ask around at some local bike shops or co-ops about lending a bike for a day. The shops might not have what you want but they could refer you to some folks that might.
Don't forget the high heels... not really a cycling shoe.

Hey, they are usually better in the photos.... real life; all crabby because they don't eat anything.

Don't use any modern bike, as they look cluttered. And any decals look cheap and trashy, you don't want ANY. Find an old rod-brake roadster and use that. You don't need a 100% legit Raleigh DL-1, any of the Chinese or Indian ones will do.

Paint the frame a solid flat color, if it isn't already. Most of the smaller parts will already be chrome. If it has a bit of rust on the chrome that's still okay, just buff it off with some aluminum foil. You can even have some rust pitting and missing chrome, it adds to the vintage look.

It needs a leather saddle but any will do, there are nice looking hairpin saddles on ebay for $40. Get one with silver springs to match the rest of the chrome on the bike.... Try to get a darker leather, and try to get the gloss off the saddle leather if it's shiny. The gloss looks odd and catches reflections too much.

Get plain black tires. If they have any colored logos on them, sand the logos off gently so the tire is 100% black. The cheapo Indian- and China-made roadster tires are just plain black already, so get those. Don't pay for Schwalbe or other expensive brands, because they will have bright-colored logos you will just need to remove.

If you are using this mostly with women, then get a step-through frame.
If you also want to get a mens bike, then try to find one with an arched double top tube.

For photo prop use, you want an ANCIENT bike with NO brand markings at all or else it's gonna look like a bicycle ad.
