Calculate Approx. Watts Required for Goal Speed

I'm on the trainer for the winter, getting ready for a half ironman in 6 months. My goal is to complete the bike portion (94km) at 32.5km/h or 2:53:30. How do I calculate the approximate average watt output required to hit that goal.

I am 190lbs and riding a Cannondale Slice 5 in aero position. The course elevation gain is 832m.
