Exercise spinner.
 

hi,
I am thinking of purchasing a exercise bike/spinner has i am returning to cycling to improve my fittness,is there any way of adapting a spinner bike so i can train/race against the computer to make it more interesting,i am on a low budget and dont want to spend $/£100s doing this or is there something else anyone can recomend.

Get a trainer ... like a fluid trainer. And then I think you can get some attachments to be able to use Zwift. I'm not sure how that works but lots of people go that route.

I know $425.00 is a chunk.
It was painless for me since I already had all the equipment, amassed over a few years of cycling.
All I had to do was get the $10 a month Zwift plan.

$425 is not bad considering many use Zwift with "smart trainers" that go from $600 - $1,200.

I second the trainer over a spin bike because you use the bike you're normally going to ride when using the trainer. You don't have to get used to riding two different styles and two different bikes.
