Convert Round Drop Bar to Flat Top Bar

I spent several hours today searching for something I found several months ago but now cannot find. Someone makes a conversion kit that makes a round top drop bar look and act like a flat K wing type top bar. As I remember, the pieces mounted with adhesive to the leading and trailing edges of the drop bar, yielding a flat top. Bar tape also secured the pieces to the drop bar. I thought the kits were made by Spesh but had no luck there either. Does anyone else remember these crazy thing or did I dream them up?
Thanks for helping; I already searched the devil out of this site with no luck.

The cheapest way I know to get somewhat flat bar type feel on a drop bar bike is to use moustache bars up side down. You get a lot of rise and since they are the same diameter tubing you can still use the same brake levers and barend shifters, should you have them.

OP is talking shape, not position.

He was looking for an accessory that will change the shape of the top of his drop bar. When I say shape, I don't mean the bends, I mean the actual shape of the tube where your hands rest. He is attempting to mimic the flat hand surface area of these modern style bars.

Ergo bars? Had a set. They are easy on the palms.

Thanks
