Rohloff Dropouts

I came across this photo of a Rohloff-equipped bike, apparently without sliding dropouts or eccentric BB. It's a French post without explanation other than "modified" to accept Rohloff. If I'm correct, can someone explain how chain tension is achieved with this setup? If I missed something in this picture, can you let me know?

It uses a special eccentric bottom bracket intended for mounting in an English threaded shell.

Key to the smaller eccentricity, looks like the half link for the chain...

Or it COULD have just fit nicely. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes you get lucky with vertical dropouts. Otherwise you could use a half link.

EDIT: Definitely used a half link. As well as possibly the eccentric BB posted above.

In Japan Trickstuff from Germany, may be as easy to buy as Phil Wood in the US making a similar part, as they do.
