Is Velopal App A Thing Of The Past?

I recently purchased a new phone and needed to download the Velopal App for Android but it is nowhere to be found. However, Velopals website is still 'active' and I have tried emailing them but been waiting forever to get a reply. Does anyone know what's up with Velopal? I appreciate any information anyone may have. Best regards!
