In all seriousness, you may want to go to a bike shop in your area to be fitted properly. Trikes come in different sizes and different brands have different ways of sizing. Are you looking at a tadpole style trike or just a comfort trike to commute?
I believe this trike can be adjusted to fit your stature: Catrike pocket recumbent

What tagaproject6 said... after he tried to be silly.
If you look at the recumbent he's shown, you'll note that the cranks are out in front on a long boom. That boom is adjustable - it slides backwards and forwards to suit your legs. Having said that, you are rather tiny so go to a proper recumbent shop and get a bent that fits you properly. You may have to pay more but you'll appreciate it in having a high quality and comfortable ride that you'll enjoy for years.

Do you want a recumbent trike (more common) or an upright trike (somewhat less common)?

Are you this person too? If so, why did you choose two log in names?
