I don't know that a single one of those buildings still exists. Not even taking into account cars, the place looks completely different.

Probably also worth noting the road that runs from the foreground to the background in the picture is Woodward Ave, which in 1909 became the first mile of paved road in the country, largely due to the lobbying of cyclists.
