Need help to ID this bike
 

I recently purchased this men's 26" single speed lightweight bike. Head badge decal says bike brokers. Chain guard says lightweight. On frame, says coaster. I can not find any information on it. Will not let me upload photos. Thanks!

Post your photo to one of the many free photo hosting sites and then give the link here. I just switched from that crappy Photobucket to Flickr and found it very easy to set up an account and to download pictures to Flickr. Much easier and faster than the old site. If you can't post an actual link because you are new to the site, just post them as "name dot name dot com". You are a lot more likely to get a response if a picture is available. Post several from different angles and include close ups of the drive train.

Off-hand, it sounds like a BSO from the local dept store. One thing that's universally true is that if the headbadge says "lightweight," it isn't.

I believe Bike Brokers was a Florida-based distributor in the '80s and maybe earlier. This could have been one of their offerings for retail shops. Could have been sourced in Taiwan or Mexico or from one of the U.S. manufacturers.
