The Quest to beat the Kwests ...

I'm definitely not a Kenda hater. I bought the Kwests a long time ago and they've held up very well. The only reasons I'm going to replace them is the front tire was cut by debris and the rear tire has some separation and threads are showing through. They're still good enough to use on the trainer during the winter months, but I don't want to ride them on the streets any more.

I've had great luck with a set of 32mm Kenda Kwikrollers, which seem to be an OEM only tire. Extremely durable and rolled surprisingly well. If these tires are typical of Kenda, they make good stuff at a reasonable price.
I know the Op already bought tires, but here are two other options:
- Compass, in the largest size that will fit. Expensive but ride extremely well, grip for days and are surprisingly durable. Casings are made by Panaracer, which brings me to my second option:
- Panaracer gravel kings, the slick version, now available in tubeless and in sizes up to 38mm.
