Need help understanding
 
Wheel Diameter: 64cm/25 inch what does this mean? im thinking of buying a new bike. but ive never heard of 25 in wheels. or is the 64cm a 700c. ive only had 26 in up till now and my knowledge in the cm is next to none. can anyone help me please.

Where are you getting these numbers from? Someones add in bikes for sale?
Sometimes, people who don't know about sizing will just take a tape measure to it rather than reading the actual numbers off of a tire. That's what those numbers sound like.

Basic math .. Diameter = 2x Radius.

I believe they are giving you the frame size in cm and inches. A 64 cm frame is close to 25".
