What is your gearing? What shifters are you using? What is your budget?

Yeah, I am. I use just a normal long-cage 9 speed mtb dérailleur with the addition of one of these Wolftooth goatlink-roadlink adapters.

https://www.wolftoothcomponents.com/products/roadlink

It seems to work pretty well. Not sure why I went with the roadlink version instead of the goatlink, I did it awhile back now.

Actually, I am a seller and I am not sure about what derailleur and shifter should use. From the document the factory gave me, they told me only shimano m370 and sram x5 x7 derailleur was compatible.

Yes, I know that solution, I am a seller and I always heard about my clients complain about the road link make the derailleur lower and easy to hit obstacles.

I'm using it on a 29er with 2.1 tires and haven't had trouble with it being too low. Using Microshift STI-style road levers and a Microshift MTB derailleur.

What are you selling? Are you trying to make a quality product or cheap mass market junk? If you are looking to actually make something quality that is good if not there is enough low end crap on the market.

Ok. I am curious on weight and materials used? Would love to see what you got to offer. New bike parts are always a good thing and if one can significantly improve on what is out there, that is good.

For 9 speed, we use full steel design with satin-nickel finish and weight is 515 grams. The price is 34.9 USD. For 11 speed we have CNC design 11-50t and weight is 350 grams.
