Waterproofing Lake 303s

Hi , sup. I have a pair of lake 303s cycling boots , thwy work great but im getting water in the bottom of them . i was wondering what should i do to atop this . has anyone else had to do this? I was thinking of using a maybe a thin piece of rubber between the cleat that covers the bolt holes . i dont know if i want to use silicon yet i dunno , let me know what you would do ....

If you are getting water from the cleat holes, and you have tried the sticker you put underneath your insole and that isn't getting the job done, silicone is a fine option. You could put some thin rubber down and use silicone or something better to hold it down (adhesives are not my game) if you didn't want to just use silicone.

A piece of Gorilla Tape over the cleat bolt holes on the inside of the shoe.

I dont think it qill work the cleat hole is sealed under the second layer from the inside i can only pull out the insole i put some water proof gorilla glue in the slots ..
