Question about getting new aero wheels

So ive been looking into the new aero wheels Ive been wanting to get and decided to go with these. Back wheel: FLO Cycling - Rear FLO 90 Track

Front wheel: FLO Cycling - Front FLO 60 Track

They are more along the line of what I can afford anyways for the price. So anyways, I know next to nothing about aero wheels parts other then Ive only been handed them for one season during track racing and now ive been looking into getting my very own. And from what I understand though however, some of these wheels don't include a tyre though? I suppose that's something that can be easily added into in a bike shop right? Thanks!

I wouldn't expect any new wheels to include a tire. Used... it depends.

Keep in mind, there are a few different types of rims. Primarily Tubular (sewup) vs Clincher.

Those Flo wheels say "tubeless compatible", but don't mention what they've done with the spoke holes. Some brands have no outer spoke holes, so there is less to seal.

Tubeless rims are often tight for mounting tires.
