DH - FR - Trail Hybrid Custom Build Suggestions and help

Heya Guys n Girls

im a returning rider that hasnt ridden serious in a few years, i want to come back and build a multi purpose hardtail mainly for trail use but it should be able to do light city riding a bit of climbing, having some DH and FR abilities is good but not a must.

Down here is my parts list (unfortunately in EUR since i live in EU) i had a initaial budget of approx 1000 but it looks like thats not gonna cut it.
is this setup OK? what would you change, where can i cheap out a bit, where should i invest more or or change something, maybe i even forgot something.
aslo i have no idea what for a seat and headset to get. headset type is IS42/IS52

My worry would be that trying to build a bike that does everything will produce a bike that doesn't do anything very well.

For climbing light weight is king. for downhill and free ride you'd want lots of travel and a super strong (and heavy) frame to take the big hits.
