Calorie Calculation Accuracy for Zwift?
I have a Kurt Road Machine with the inride pod. In riding with my Kurt app and Zwift, after spindown calibration, my watts on Zwift are actaully 10-20 watts lower than the inride pod.
If my watts are actually higher than what Zwift is reporting, does that mean my calories burned are higher than what Zwift is reporting?

Where is zwift getting your power then?
Anyway, keep in mind calories burned is an estimate and some variables, like how efficient your body is, can affect the calculation. It's probably good enough for government workthough, but if you're trying to lose weight just use it as a guide and not an absolute.
