If aluminium frame has no visual damage, everything is ok. Take a good look on thin parts of a bike. For example, fork could have some inconspicuous damage. Such problem may cause another break. It would be a pity, if such thing happens while moving. I had an experience when fork cracked while riding with a good speed. My bones are still aching while I think about it.
