Bike Beat

Riding trainer can be VERY boring. I have not found any CD's that get me going. What do you like?

zwift... I've done 3.5 hour rides on zwift. I can't STAND riding trainers otherwise.

My trainer is an elliptical at the gym, watch movies on my tablet, listen to '70s soul or punk rock, depending on mood and need to keep it moving and drown out the Brittany Spears song on the PA.

I used to listen to them when I was a kid, so it's kind of fun to listen to them now. Every single episode is available for download at cbsrmt.com.
