Decal color?

I just dropped an older steel Voodoo CX frame and fork off at the local powdercoatery.

It'll come back a very nice yellow. Darker than canary yellow but lighter than mustard. I think I've seen some construction equipment and tools that color.

He said he can remove the metal headbadge and reattach it, so that's cool. Now comes the question of decals. I didn't really see any genuine Voodoo decals to buy anywhere, I can get the knockoffs, for about $7. They're solid color and I have the choice of which color.

And that's where I stalled out. I was thinking royal blue. Then I thought black. I even considered red.

This will be a gravel bike and general do everything heavy beast.

What would you get?

I'd apply Reflective tape and then apply a mylar 'decal' over that, safety..
if bothering at all
why not make up a logo of your own, theirs was marketing, it's your bike now..

I wouldn't go red with the yellow base. Nearly every fast food restaurant and payday loan company uses those colors.

Excellent point.

As for reflective tape, I'll pass.

Blue could look good. The Yellow Pinarello's of the 2010 Team Sky TdF bikes look good with black or the black/silver combo.

I like to have custom vinyl lettering made up for some of my bikes. Your choice of color, size, fonts, and special effects.
