Questions about 90s Ross Art Bike -- Mario Rossin made

So I'm here in Italy from the US on vacation and just bought a used Ross Art road bike for 200 bucks. What is Ross Art? Well it seems to be the line Mario Rossin built after leaving Rossin. However, this is just speculative since there's little info about the bike online.

I bought it because it was in pretty good condition. And had top of the line almost unused dura Ace group. The frame looked good overall -- a little rust. And I really like esoteric Italian bikes.

My problem. I assumed since it had some rust and lugs that the bike was steel. But getting it home I see that the seat/down/top tubes might be aluminum. This is a huge bummer for me. I've had big problems with mixed frame construction before and do not want to carry a boondoggle back to the States

My question: what does anyone know about these bikes? Is this a decent frame? Is it bonded/screwed aluminum? Would you guys/gals ride on it? Should I leave the frame behind and just take the parts?

Thanks and sorry for the long post!! I would attach pictures but am not allowed to because I don't have ten posts yet.
