The 0.75 side enters about half way and stops

Yes it's still OK.

You're going to hear a lot of puffery about how those type of chain stretch tools aren't worth a damn. I have 2 different ones by Park and they are both spot on when compared to a metal ruler.

Looks good to me. I have the park tool checker and I usually go through a chain once a year or so.
