Anyhow.. back to the OP.. I'd lay a crisp Abe Lincoln that the valve separated where it's vulcanized to the tube.. just like everyone else has said..

update

ok so first of all , thank you all for your replies !
as few here said , i don't want to just change tube because most probably , the puncture is my fault . ( the tire very strong , i even saw a metal pin caught in the tire but didn't make it to puncture the tube )

after removing the inner tube i located a single hole on the side of the tube just around the presta valve . it is pretty close to the seam but not exactly on it .

i wanted to send some pics but still didn't reach the 10 post barrier , is it against the rules of the forum to just send some meaningless posts in order to pass it ?

bottom line - i will buy a new tube , but i have a feeling i might've over pumped the tube .

It almost sound like one of those cheap inner tubes, which I keep insisting are out there in circulation, but every time I do, 13 people post that they're still using inner tubes from 1962 that work fine, and that anyone having problems with inner tubes is an idiot who has no idea what they're doing.

I don't see how anything could have poked a hole in that particular spot, but I would double check for a burr on the inside of the rim or maybe a wire poking out from the tire bead.

If my defective inner tube theory is correct, there could be a flaw in the seam where the thicker portion of rubber where the valve stem is connects to the tube.

Don't worry about theories, put in a new tube. However, do check the tyre and the wheel rim before you put the new tube on.

I'm somewhat new to the forum myself but have seen posts where people try to make "meaningless posts" and a moderator would tell them it is not allowed. Good news though is that 10 posts is a pretty easy threshold to break ... there are so many active people on here and so many conversations about pretty much everything imaginable that meeting the 10 post requirement is not hard at all.

A lot of new users seem to come here and register solely to complain about the 10 post limit. So they complain non-stop for 9 posts, then vanish. I'm quite not sure what's up with that, but I imagine the mods do, thus the 10 post limit remains in place.

Regarding air coming out from around the valve, that doesn't necessarily mean the leak is at the valve. With air leaking from the tube inside the tire, the air has to come out somewhere, normally following the path of least resistance, and the valve stem hole is a handy place for it since it's not sealed. My last flat tire did this, and the hole wasn't anywhere near the valve stem.
