The catskills

I am leaving for vacation in the catskills and i need to know of some places to ride as i am bringing the bike (of course :D ). Offroad is what im after, anybody know of any special trails or must see spots? I am staying in Stamford NY.

The catskills are wonderful, I used to hike them all the time, but the last time I was there, mountain bikes hadn't even been 'invented' yet, sorry I can't help you more.

phantomcow2 --- have you tried "Search The Forums"? Do a search for Catskills.

I used to ride in the Hudson Valley region of NY state (about 50 miles north of the Catskills) about 12-15 years ago. Upstate NY is loaded w/ great hills, scenery, etc.. --- have fun.

Yes i searched and i found nice threads about road cycling. however there was nothing about trails
