There are elements of this bike that are pleasing to my eye but other parts that just don't fit.

Different paint job maybe with more chrome underneath less graphic but painted lugs are nice (or chromed/polished) maybe even lined as well and maybe some stripes or panels. Like a nice deep red with cream panels and gold lined lugs. Though the current paintjob is nice just doesn't work for me with the other components) though the painted grey on the fork doesn't work, chrome or don't do it.

Component wise, slightly narrower skinwall tires (of high quality). drop bars (like a Lautterwasser style or vintage grass track racer), swap chain for maybe a DID Track Racing Pro or maybe with the new paint an Izumi Super Toughness (or the cheaper version of those chains with similar look), polished quill stem (the hard ano grey fits better in the 80s/90s) and a fluted seatpost would also be nice. Of course ditch the brake not for riding of course but for looks. However I will say I do like the colors of the bars on it and the wood metal combo is neat I just am not feeling the shape on this but integrated into some vintage style drop bars and you are on to something.

Also take a proper photo with valves and cranks in the right place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like it. I really like the grips, those are different and certainly make the bike stand out for me.

I think it looks awful. The worst of all are those rims. Second-worst is what they did to the crankarms and chainring.

another "or what"

It's a nice bike, but just not super nice. Far too hipster for me. But don't let that stop you from riding it if you like it.

I’m with veganbikes on this one. Some of it is pretty sweet, some not so much. The rims are fugly and detract from the overall presentation. I see more talent than taste. It’s definitely not boring.

Its a nice lugged steel frame and the components really make it stand out like the Brooks.
Seller is from Austria and only selling the frame, here is the translated description:

!!DANGER!! It comes here exclusively the frame set with bottom bracket for sale !!

!! nice "Bertin" steel frame with Nervex-muffs !!

painted by the professional (orange-fine metallic) and handpainted by the artist - like new (not driven 100km with it)

ideal for Fixie or Singlespeed project (in the pictures my variant is to be seen ;-))

almost no signs of use

Frame dimensions: seat tube 57.5cm c / c, top tube 57cm c / c, head tube 14.5cm

Its the type of bike that would make me stop and take a longer look, only if "in person".

The frame is nice, but those crazy handlebars ... why? I bet the guy that built this, his next project will be one of those Bamboo Bikes.

I can't think of a more appropriate time to use the tired, worn out, meaningless phrase (do they say this in Austria?) "It is what it is".

Pretty color, not enough gears or brakes. Weird bars too.

Painted braking surface on front rim? IMHO, aesthetics is always secondary to function.
