Park and Diamond helmet

I got an email yesterday from the waiting list of the Park and Diamond baseball cap like folding helmet. 50% off if I pre-purchase. I need a new helmet as mine is really crappy looking and worn.

Anyone have any inside scoop on these things? Opinions? One thing I wonder is if the bill would pop off or fold in a face forward impact. I know on regular helmets any visor is designed to snap off so as not to transmit into neck snapping force.

What do you people think?

I have no knowledge of that product. What do you want a helmet to do for you? Make sure the one you buy is designed for that.
