Amazon Warehouse product experience?

I'm looking at a "used - very good" trainer accessory on Amazon Warehouse that's almost 40% off next best price. Wondering what people's experiences have been with ordering used items, and if returns have ever been an issue?

All over the board, but mostly positive. Usually the condition of the product itself is well described, the biggest issue I've had is packaging not always being as described. Never had any functional issues.

In any case, it is free no hassle returns, if it isn't to your liking.

I buy from Amazon Warehouse all the time. These are mostly customer returns. "Very good" and better condition is usually just damaged packaging or a few cosmetic scratches. I believe returns are free and no questions asked for Amazon Warehouse, though this can be a hassle for bulky items.

My experience has been good as well. I recently purchased a "used very good" saddle and I could not distinguish it from new.

No problems. The items have been fine. The packaging may be damaged, although in one case it was identical to new packaging, a new Vuelta chain ring for $7, about 1/3 the regular price.

An older Mophie Juice Pack Air for iPhone 4s had shopworn packaging from years of storage. The item itself was like new. Cost about $3.

I may have to explore this warehouse.

I've purchased a couple of Parker IM Rollerball pens via the warehouse and they looked brand new, but were at a considerable savings.

Based off the positive replies, I went ahead and ordered a used mag resistance adapter for my rollers. It arrived just now in an oddly large box. Turns out it wasn't just the adapter, but the rollers too. Having guests over so can't test if I got a screaming bargain or a headache if the adapter is somehow faulty. Hoping for the former though!

In my experience it's usually a like-new return (or new in dented box) and it's a bargain.
