I have a105 long cage on a Roubaix triple with a 30t on the back. It worked without the Roadlink, but had a little chatter noise from the jockey wheel. The Roadlink fixed that, its smooth and quiet now. I haven't tried bigger than 30, but it looks like it could take more.
