Free Spirit Bike Serial Number: Look up

Hi. I have what I believe is a vintage free spirit bike. I have the serial number: 503474494

Does anyone know if there is a website to determine this bike's particular history? I know they have similar websites for schwinns but am unsure about free spirit bikes.

Thanks!

Kind of doubt it--it was a brand name slapped on by Sears, the bikes were manufactured by a bunch of different companies.

The only free spirt worth anything would be one of the Ted Williams 531 editions and those just used a higher quality steel tubing and some lower mid range parts. If you think it is a Ted Williams 531 edition you might ask in the Classic and Vintage appraisals forum but if not I wouldn't bother them.

Schwinns have some collectibility but Free Spirt and other bike boom bikes not so much.
