Anyone else having an issue with logging in to Strava?

So for a few days, when I go to Strava I get a page saying that I don't have access to this page. I still have the tool bar along the top, but anything I click on including trying to log out gives me the same page saying I don't have access.
Tried a different browser and got the log in page, but when I try to login, it says "You are not authorized to log on to the Strava platform". When I try clicking on the support link, I am asked to log in to Zendesk with my google account, at which point I am told that "User does not exist".

However, I am stilling getting emails from Strava about segments I have recently ridden. So it looks like my account is messed up and I have no way to open a support ticket.

I just tried sending the support team a tweet, but it looks like I'll have to start using a different tracking up.

Anyone else having similar issues?

After today's ride my phone powered off as I tried to FINISH and SAVE my ride on the app. It actually happened three times. My phone charge was below 20% so I don't know that might have been the issue. After the third time I left it powered off, plugged it into the charger, powered it back ON...and the Strava app was still open and waiting for me to save the ride. Otherwise no problems, and I'm able to log onto the website normally, and see today's ride.

Guess it's just me. Support tweeted me back with a link to submit a support request, which I can't log in to, so I'm stuck in a catch 22.

The Strava twitter account said to email support directly at support@strava.com , so good luck to us, Gaarg.

No problems logging in, but when recording a ride I sometimes get a point where it just stops recording. When I make it start again, it fills in the missing segment with a straight line and an estimate of the mileage. This is frustrating!

In case it's a geographic problem, I'm in the Metroplex too, and logged in with no problem several times yesterday with no trouble. Are you trying to log in from www or from the app? Sounds like maybe www by your use fo the term page. Just an idea...try logging in on an iPhone or Android device using the app if you access. (If you haven't already tried this.)
