Limit handlebar turn radius?
Need some way to limit steering wheel turn radius is there any products sold for that?
I come across one product, but not sure if this actually limits how much you can turn wheel or just helps it return back to default position?

That thing isn't really intended to limit handlebar turning. It's meant to keep the wheel from flopping over while the bike is on the kickstand. It'll add some mild resistance if you try to turn the bars sharply, but will break or stretch as soon as there's any real force behind it.
I've seen some headset cups with built-in cups somewhere, but I think those were for mopeds.
You might be able to modify a BMX gyro/detangler headset for your purpose.
Or cut two wooden dowels. Attach to rear of fork legs - hose clamps should work - so that they extend upwards past the crown far enough to make contact with the downtube.

Yes. A lot of proper German bikes use one to prevent a bike with a kickstand from falling over. It prevents more than 90 degrees of turning and keeps the handlebars locked in a straight position as well for transport / standing a bike upright with a proper kickstand.
You're after what is called an Ergo Stop Plus by Tout Terrain (should cost around €70).

Seems a bit expensive and heavy? Why not just tie a shoestring around the wheel and downtube? Weighs almost nothing, takes up almost no room in your pocket and can't affect steering while it's in your pocket.

I believe another purpose of this is to prevent shimmying at higher speeds/with heavy front loads, I've seen it mentioned a bunch in touring discussions.
I have FSA headblock on my REI bike but it doesn't appear to be available to the general public. There's this: Hopey Steering Dampers
Rotation Limiting Headset Hunt.

My Novara Randonee came with a turn-limiting FSA headset but I haven't seen them for sale as a component.

Not for speed wobbles
What you saw, was for front loading .. porteur racks and big baskets and front panniers ..
it does have a gentle re-centering , but not so much as to fight you, steering..
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Near free? put valve stem of front wheel , pointed closest to the down tube,
put a heavy rubber band from the valve stem around the down tube and back to that valve stem ..
front wheel stays centered and wont roll.. [a toe strap works very well like this.. too..]

Truthfully, I don't plan on much cycling after a thermonuclear war. Even if the bike is the only way to get around, where are you going to go?

One solution that no one has mentioned...If you're trying to stabilize a front wheel with a front rack, Ortlieb makes, or used to make, a small kick stand designed to attach to the front rack to stabilize the front wheel for loading and unloading.
