Full Karma would be when they searched his apartment and found enough evidence to charge him with a series of crimes. He didn't buy that big bolt cutter to steal ONE bike.

I used to be in law enforcement, and thieves occasionally broke into the impound lot to steal bikes (and other things). The dispatchers were supposed to be watching the security monitors on the impound yards, but they were always too busy stuffing their faces to keep an eye on them. More than once thieves managed to steal a car or truck.

This is just further proof that we need to increase funding towards basic education. I say this because only an idiot would steal a bike in front of a police station!

Great video. I wish getting caught were a foregone conclusion; then we would see fewer attempts. Unfortunately getting caught is the exception.

That almost looks more like a police training exercise than an arrest.

Maybe he couldn't read the sign on the window that says "POLICE."

Right...

If one goes inside, one might be able to snag one of those klunky police bikes.

I heard from my father's cousin's best friend's roommate that the guy was a member of Mensa, but he binged watched several episodes of the Jerry Springer show and his IQ dropped dramatically!

Truth!

No ... but I am here weakly! Try the fish.

Once I got in trouble for hitting the audience with my schtick.
