Electronic Groupset Battery performance in Cold Weather

Hi All,
Considering electronic shifting on my next bike build. I like in a relatively cold climate and ride in the winter when it is in the 20's (F). My other electronics (ie. cell phone, etc) batteries do not do well in very cold weather. I was wondering what experience you had with the electronic groupset batteries in cold weather?
