Steve Hogg fitting

Does anyone have experience with Steve Hogg's fitting? I like what he has to say about saddle adjustments but upon further research he seems to get a bit out there, magnets and the polarity of tire irons etc. I am looking for those with actual experience, opinions abound.

P.S. I would be going to the Colorado location, pending further investigation.

I have sat in on a presentation by Steve Hogg at a national Australian cycling conference quite a few years ago and more than some of his stuff was, to me, odd.

I don't recall any successful Australian rider who has included Hiogg in their attribution to fitness for their efforts.
