Orange seal is my recommendation - no need to add particles, already has those in there.

Ultraseal is the sealant I see used by both tube and tubeless applications. Believe all 3 of their sealant grades have a mile spec number. Check it out at Gempler"s:

Orange Seal original formula is the one I keep coming back to. The Endurance Formula has been a fail for me. It has failed to seal some fairly small holes in my low pressure gravel tires, so I wouldn't even try it at road pressures.

I use orange seal. I also add small glitter to the mix which helps seal holes faster.

Another for Orange Seal. Of the brands I've tried, it stays liquid in the tires the longest, cleans up easiest, and weeps the least. The staying liquid part effectively makes it the cheapest, too.

Last summer I put Slime (the green stuff) in my gravel bike tires, thinking that riding gravel I might be more prone to thorns or other punctures. A few weeks ago I tried to air up the front tire, and I could barely get air into it. I tried to remove the valve core (Schrader valve) and it wouldn't come out. I think I'm going to swear off any kind of sealant from now on, since I carry a patch kit & spare tube with me anyway.
