Looks like it belongs at Area 51. Or in a funeral procession. Or possibly it was designed by a bored, disaffected West German Expressionist and minimalist who used to appear on SNL, who was named Dieter Sprocket. This post has become tiresome.

I think that, the next time an unfortunate Tour de France rider dies, his whole team could ride a squad of these the next day. It would be a perfect tribute to a fallen rider, and the press would be all over it.
