Armstrong article--The New Yorker

I just want to let everyone know that there is a pretty good article on Lance Armstrong in the newest issue of the New Yorker magazine (15 July 2002).

It's a fair treatment of Armstrong, and it tells us many things we cyclists already know about him--even the part about weighing his food. Like virtually everything that is said about him these days, it falls a bit into hagiography. But, it is nice to see cycling (or at least the Tour de France) getting coverage in a major magazine.

Cheers,
Jamie

The New Yorker's web address is www.newyorker.com. I don't know whether you can read all articles for free there.

Cheers,
Jamie
