Estate sale with loads of bike parts in MN

I just saw a listing for an big estate sale in Excelsior MN that looks like it involves (among other things) getting rid of the used and NOS parts from what appears to be a small, in-home bike shop in Minnesota. For anyone in the area, this looks like a good opportunity to dig through parts, saddles, frames, tools (including Park Tools), stands, etc. I dont live anywhere near there but I thought some BF members might be interested. I donít have enough posts to be allowed to post the URL, but search for Excelsior MN in Estatesales dot net

Crap, that's not far from me. In fact my Saturday bike ride is taking me through there! I think I need to save my money and work on my Bimmer. Crap!

Update: Stuff I don't need, but someone may.

Those 8-track tapes though.
Interesting house. Definitely a diy'er used to own those.

That's only a block or 2 off my regular route. Not much there I'm interested in, however.

Lot of low end parts. Some decent tools. Looked like a bottom bracket tap mixed in one box
