I ordered a couple of disc brake snap retainer clips from them because they were the only place I could find them and the total was like $5 so low risk.

After I ordered I got an email saying the order was pending review which puzzled me. Took until the next day to get in a hold of them and it was because they clips were not in stock. But, two days later they had received the clips and sent me a shipping notice. The clips arrived and all was well. I might be a little leery if I was looking at spending a large amount of money with them but I'm pretty cautious that way.

I’ve ordered several items from them, mostly small stiff like expansion plug or a tool.

Three days from Chico, California to the Atlanta suburbs. Never a problem.

I have not not had to return anything so can’t comment on customer service.
