Starch is the supplement in charge of giving us vitality,

Starch is the supplement in charge of giving us vitality, being critical to our cerebrum and our body. Along these lines, it is important to realize how to separate the awful starch from the great and expend just the most demonstrated ones.

While a true statement, I don’t get the purpose of the post. Almost sounds like Dr McDougal joined the forums.

Expend the most demonstrated ones? Even for Google translate, that's pretty bad.

I'm just hoping she's going to try to sell a product called "Awful Starches".

Starches, and complex sugars like table sugar, are broken down into simple sugar molecules (typically glucose and fructose) before entering the bloodstream

Great:

Lasagna
Potato chips and California onion dip
Cannoli
BBQ stuffed baked taters
Sweet potato pie

Awful:

Off brand discount snack cakes
Store brand boxed mac and cheese
Stale bread from the store mark down shelf
Commercial fried apple pies with 1 tsp apple filling

Starch is starch. It's the other components of the food that makes the difference. Y'know, fiber, vitamins, not being part of a Twinkie.

Yes, but if the most demonstrated starch is awful will both the cerebrum and body suffer? And if so is it better no starch until the great starches demonstrate more fully? I don't know. I'm asking.

This reminds me of the guy a few decades ago who gave me a hard time about the pastry I ordered because sugar "crosses the blood brain barrier." He had a beer in his hand when he said that, and he kept running to the bathroom to snort coke.
