Bike Forums - 2 wheels richer

I pulled the trigger on the 2003 Lemond Poprad today. I have looked at and asked opinions on quite a few bikes, this one covered the things I was looking for. It is a tad tall, but I do well and am comfortable on frames a bit large. Bike is in great shape and everything upgraded, Ultegra 9 speed, except the canti brakes and the front derailleur. Wheels are Mavic open pro/Ultegra hubs with almost new Gatorskins. Frame/fork powder coated last year and looks new. Bike has been well tended to, and the seller is the original/only owner, an avid bike guy. I am psyched to get in my first real ride on it tomorrow morning. WOO HOO!. Now if I can just stop looking at bikes and bike stuff. Pictures to come.
