Last trip of the year..where to?
Looking for ideas for a last trip of the year. I'm in southern Wisconsin and looking to go south to extend the (nice) fall temps. I'm thinking southern Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee...? As far as timing..mid October to mid November. Gravel riding or milder mountain biking in the wilds is preferred. Similar road riding could work too. Toss in some hiking on the side.
We'd be camping in a hard-side trailer. State or National Parks or Forests with, or without, electricity is good.
I've done some searching here on BF and haven't found much so far..
Any ideas welcome..thx..
