Tickets to take the kids to Frozen II. Well actually, I already bought the tickets, so probably some candy and maybe a couple of rounds at the theaters air hockey table while we wait for the show?

If you're not planning on buying anything, why post in the thread?
Anywho, to stay on topic...
Anywho, to stay on topic...
- a new helmet (Smith makes some in nice colourways that I'm hoping will go on sale. I like wild colours and I hope those are the ones that get marked down).
- a carbon crankset to replace my S300 messenger crank
- some new shoes (mavic's would be nice as they seem to fit the best)
And I already did all my shopping in October. This week I made a food basket for my family nurse practitioner and her staff so they could have a meal together, I am thankful that they take good care of me.

I was given two frozen turkey breasts and a lot of frozen containers of mashed taters, gravy and stuffing and some oranges so I passed some on to them and the other breast is for mom and me on Christmas. I have enough to help with both holiday meals and since my brother in law and sister are cooking this time I told them to visit his parents for Christmas and I'd help momma cook for Christmas, which I really want to help with.
It may snow a lot by then and I'm not sure if mom and I can get to the VA Cemetery to pay our respects to my dad and uncle before dinner.
THAT matters.
I hope you enjoy the true spirit of the season, and have peace and comfort.

I have a policy against emoji use, so here is a gif instead.
Subtly ironic, knowing the character's personality too.

Nothing bike related, but maybe a new refrigerator. The old one's compressor is on the brink of death.

When a better thread is built, it will be made on Bike Forums? NEVERMIND!

I had this thread idea earlier, but you beat me to the punch. Anyway, I need to upgrade my computer's SSDs so that will probably my first of the season purchase. I've already seen some pretty fantastic discounts from Newegg.com.
Depends on your criteria. I've got quite a few items save in my Amazon shopping list that have accumulated over the past year. I'll be checking for discounts on those items first. I would really love a new pair of stereo speakers, but at two grand a pop, I'd blow my entire budget all on me. And the link? Tires are about the only bike related part I'll buy this season. A chain and new jersey are optional i.e. if they go on sale.

Thats cheap versus normal. Other places are doing that price but without free shipping like Amazon.

Wow. What a socially constructive response! Imagine, having a conversation about buying stuff on Black Friday and someone comes up to you and spouts off these words. LOL get a life my dude.

Because life is not all about buying stuff.

For ****s sake dude. I agree that capitalism is bull****. This is a thread about buying ****, not for discussing the failures of capitalism.
If people are enjoying a conversation about a subject, so do you come in and offer your contrarian views? Do you always enter threads and hijack them like this?
Of course life is not all about buying stuff. If you feel so strongly about it, maybe make a new thread instead of trying to hijack current ones with your virtue signalling?

Hoping to find a discount on the Shimano GRX 810-2 crankset, but not holding my breath.
