Glad to be back.

Well, my gym is closed, my bowling alley is closed and I have been told to avoid other people. I was going to wait until it got warm this year to ride outside but now I am getting my rain bike is shape to roll. My number one bike has a derailleur issue that I can't fix and I don't want to go to a shop just now.

I was walking on the gym treadmill every day but now that's out so I am getting back on my recumbent Cycle OPS to crank until my legs are in shape. Holy crap, it's like a toilet paper jungle in here! I have enough toilet paper stacked up in this room to **** till the cows come home!

Hold on, a 16-pack of Scott double-ply just fell over and is lodged under my peddle. It's like a maze in here-hope I can find my way back to the living room These are dangerous times!

I feel for you. My gym is closed as well, and have been out walking on the streets. Not as forgiving as a treadmill. I really miss the heavy bar bells and bench rack, but am making do with the cheapo weights I picked up 30 years ago for, well, cheap! Fortunately for me and mine, we have a plethora of trees out back and don't need to hoard the TP.

Yea it's not that hard getting or staying in shape at home. For example a great workout for the pecs, tearing all the sleeves off our older long sleeve t-shirts. It's also a great workout on the forearms and your grip. We'll have quite a few nice summer sleeveless shirts for summer.
We were late to the toilet paper wars so we're making our own recyclable wipes. Great for the environment too........
Stay safe my friends.......
