Tubeless mounting air pump - air release on inflation hose. A safety issue?

I recently purchased the Filzer quick blaster tubeless floor pump. The pump appears to be well built and I have not used it to mount a tubeless tyre yet.

The switch to dump the tank is located on the end of the inflation hose; the head/part that is attached to the valve. So at the flick of a switch, 240psi of air will be rushing out the reservoir tank and in to the tyre. Boom!

I am not crazy of having a) my fingers down there when the air rushes out or b) my face in the vicinity of the tyre / rim when the switch is flipped.

Do you think it's a safety issue with having the dump valve located where it is? Should I be concerned? Thank you.

If the high pressure concerns you, maybe you can try using it at a lower pressure. It might still have enough volume of air to seat the tire. Just a thought. I've always been able to seat my tubeless with a regular pump so I'm just guessing....

I have a Giant booster tank and have found 120-140 psi to be plenty to seat a tire. On the Giant booster, the open valve is on the end of the tank near where the host is connected.
